I joined the Ad tech industry because it was a growing and dynamic industry with numerous job opportunities. I felt that was the right place to learn new skills, to work in a collaborative environment and to fully perform.
I joined Twitch in 2019 to open the French office. I’m Sales Director for France andBeneleux and oversees sales and solutions for advertisers in these countries.
I was previously at Twitter where I led the agency and entertainment vertical team. Before Twitter, I worked with different brands on premium display, video, mobile programmatic and performance solutions.
I was very lucky to have several great managers and leaders all along my career path. All of them were men. They teached me the power of empathy, they gave me confidence inmy capabilities, they taught me how to “play the game” to be a successful leader. I learnt from their successes and from their mistakes because they shared to me both transparently.
Do not wait for things to come because you do your job well. Raise your hand and create your own opportunity
I care a lot about balancing my work-life. It took me some time to find the best habits such as defining every morning my priorities for the day, setting boundaries and saying “no” more often, in making time for myself to practice sport or picking up my kids at school when I chose. Having a balanced life helps me to be more productive at work andfocus on priorities.

Great question ! We’ll probably have more interactive experiences for consumers. There will be more trust around data thanks to new technologies including public and private blockchains. The ad market will also be highly automated as technologies such as AR/VR, 5G, blockchain, AI grow. The e-commerce will dominate while we’ll continue to improve targeting with hyper- personalization of Ads. The ad market will be inclusive, diverse andwill take into account environmental considerations.
