We are currently looking to recruit a Support Analyst for a leading Digital Transformation Consultancy. They are looking for a Support Analyst with a background working in Marketing to collaborate with their award-winning client!

Responsibilities

• Performing analysis of root causes.
• Developing checklists for reoccurring problems.
• Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.
• Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Qualifications

• +3 years Support Analyst experience
• Recent experience within the Marketing industry
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Fluent in French and English- an understanding of Deutsch is also desirable
