Senior Director of Customer Success

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the programmatic ad space and a proven track record of leading customer success teams to achieve company objectives. The Senior Director of Customer Success will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer success managers to provide personalized support to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and satisfaction at scale.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transition of new clients.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and ensure that new clients receive the training and resources they need to be successful.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify potential issues, proactively addressing any concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the programmatic ad space and stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as retention, upsell, and customer satisfaction, and use them to improve customer success strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ad space and experience working with programmatic ad platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a customer success team.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
