My client, a fast growing digital agency, are looking for an Senior Account Manager to join their Client Services team to grow and maintain relationships with their clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, calm under pressure and able to work across multiple clients and accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for their existing client base.
- Ensure quality service is upheld and that client relationships are developed.
- Propose innovative solutions to solve client’s business and strategic problems.
- Identify new opportunities and propose detailed briefs, proposals, and work specifications to clients.
- Planning and budgeting.
- Upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
- Help support, mentor and motivate staff members; always leading by example.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in working within a digital agency in a similar role, with paid media experience
- A proactive self-starter able to identify client needs and pain points.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable 360 digital experience, and performance marketing.
