Sales Director - AdTech Platform

$120,000-180,000 DOE + Double OTE.

My client, a fast growing AdTech platform, are looking for an ambitious and confident hunter to join their fast growing team as a Sales Director in the US – LA. They are looking for someone who is proactive, with a natural urge to successfully meet and exceed quarterly targets!

Responsibilities:

  • A data-driven and resourceful Sales Director to lead programmatic development efforts with platform partners, media agencies, DSPs.
  • You will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships among key programmatic providers to ensure successful annual revenue goals and long-term growth.
  • You will have a deep understanding of the programmatic CTV ad tech industry, competitive offerings, understand customer needs and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support feature prioritization and positioning.
  • Build new Demand Side Partnerships.
  • Grow Demand Side Partnerships: You will work closely with existing programmatic demand partners to manage & grow the ongoing business.
  • Build Direct Client Base: You will identify, and build partnerships with Advertisers, Media Agencies, Agency Trading Desks, and DSPs.

Requirements:

  • You have 4+ years’ relevant digital experience in programmatic.
  • You have 5+ years’ sales/business development or digital ad tech experience.
  • You have a proven stellar sales performance through resourceful execution & partnerships.
  • You have demonstrated accountability/ownership through every stage of client business: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • You have existing client base of contacts with major agency programmatic departments.
  • You have extensive knowledge of programmatic platforms and competitors.
  • You are a team player who can lead and participate in discussions, share ideas and knowledge.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
