We are currently recruiting a Presales Engineer for a Video SaaS platform, based in Germany. You will play a vital role in helping prospects understand our clients platform. You will develop a deep product knowledge and will support their sales team with the sales processes.
They are looking at experienced individuals to help streamline sales processes. and act as a strategic member of the team, working closely with the Sales, Product and Customer Success functions.
Responsibilities
- Give clients product demonstrations and be responsible for the technical aspects of the sales cycle
- Be the main client-facing consultant regarding all proof of concepts projects involving designing and scoping the deliverables
- Liaise with the post-sales team to ensure successful delivery of projects
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Presales engineering (or similar) within SaaS (ideally video/AI/DAM)
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ideally, fluent in both German & English
