My client, a fast growing Software platform are looking for an ambitious Instructional designer to develop and produce high-quality technology-enhanced e-Learning courses.  Based in the heart of London, a Full time, Hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design methods, theories and practice to design and develop innovative and engaging e-learning courses in a structured and well-written format.
• To work with sector experts to design, develop and produce bespoke learning solutions and business communications (courses, interactive resources, point of need tools, chatbots, apps etc)
• Responsible for project analysis and development, managing budgets
• Drive continuous improvement through self and peer review of learning content, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement

Requirements

• Able to work against aggressive timelines
• Work within a team environment
• Proven working experience in instructional design with instructional technology or a project management role
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to create innovative solutions
