Growth Marketing Head

We are looking for a Growth Marketing expert to join the team at a health-focused company based in New York City. This company aims to connect patients with registered health experts.

The growth marketing head will work closely with the company founders, and will be responsible for managing a team to drive patient acquisition across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of growth campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, paid channels, organic search, email marketing, and other approaches appropriate to the target audience.
• Develop marketing performance KPIs and robust tracking and reporting.
• Lead content development across channels (from landing pages to blog posts and creative assets).
• Improve acquisition conversion rate – Through lifecycle marketing and on-site conversion rate optimization.

Requirements:

• Experience of 5+ years Growth Marketing in a high-growth consumer company.
• Experience in leading Growth Marketing teams, ideally some startup experience.
• Prior experience working in Healthcare consumer companies.
• You want to guide a team of full time, contractor, and agency resources.
