Role: Digital Sales Manager – £45k-60k base + comms.

I am working with a fast growing digital agency, who are looking for an individual who is well versed in the digital space, with a commercial background/mindset. You will help in developing the digital sales strategy to increase revenue across the sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the training for sales teams through upskilling on selling across the portfolio
• Developing and leading sales strategy, helping with digital revenue streams
• Prospecting and qualifying leads, through to closing
• Sell to marketing professionals and small business owners
• Coaching sales individuals to ensure they are selling effectively
• Achieve/exceed targets

Requirements:

• 3+ years digital sales experience
• Strong experience within digital marketing (SEO/PPC)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated, go getter!
