Our client, a high growth programmatic platform is currently looking to hire an Agency Sales Manager, based in London. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience within the media industry and have a genuine passion for digital advertising/programmatic.
The ideal candidate will be able to prove a history of sales success within the media industry and should be confident in developing relationships at varying levels of seniority throughout the programmatic space.
The Role
- Identify new business opportunities across EMEA/UK.
- Cultivate relationships with agencies and clients by gaining insight into their business, and providing solutions to their video marketing goals.
- Present to agency and advertiser decision makers of all levels.
- Manage accounts and relationships across leading programmatic vendors.
- Identify commercial opportunities where you can help brands to achieve their objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in agency sales.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and ideally experience as a programmatic seller.
- Confident in seeking new sales opportunities and hunger to close business.
- Knowledge of media platforms, media pricing and terminology.
- Strong network of agency contacts in the UK/EMEA.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities, open and grow accounts.
- Passion for ad-tech and digital advertising.
- The ability to form effective and long-lasting business relationships.
- The individual will also have the desire to work for a rapidly growing start-up like environment.
