My client, a fast growing media agency are looking for an ambitious Account Director to lead a portfolio of exciting Health clients. They are looking for someone who is going to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This role focuses on managing the entire end-to-end campaign process, working with specialists, through to development, implementation and post-delivery
Responsibilities
- Be a senior point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Being the day-to-day lead on a portfolio of client accounts. This will involve managing delivery, contributing to strategy and utilizing senior counsel.
- Ensuring a high standard of work and superior client service, always with an eye to driving the satisfaction that supports client retention and growth.
- Oversee all elements of the delivery, optimization and reporting campaigns and ensure market led execution
- Media relations, pitching stories and finding creative angles, maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, media, online influences and other relevant third-parties.
- Nurture strong relationships with platforms and partners and keep up to date with latest trends and technology
Requirements
- 4+ years in a similar role
- Scientific background is desirable, especially for working in MedComms/HealthComms
- Extensive experience in an agency environment
- Entrepreneurial – self starter
- Passionate about great work and delivering strong business outcomes for clients
