Role: AV Account Director
My client, a fast growing media agency are looking for a fully-rounded AV specialist who has experience in planning and buying, with up-to-date knowledge of market developments to join their team. You’ll take huge pride in delivering outstanding work and supporting/encouraging your team to follow the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of AV Buyers and Managers to deliver best-in-class activity across AV channels, TV, online video etc).
- Collaborating with the AV team, Planning and Clients to ensure you and your team meet all deadlines
- Using the appropriate systems and technology to get under the skin of audience behaviour and consumption of AV channels
- Understanding clients’ businesses and our role in contributing to their success
- Cementing key role as ‘go to’ for day-to-day trading
Requirements
- Confident with the implementational planning/buying of TV and online video
- You have a minimum of 5 years AV experience
- You have a passion for AV and strong understanding of its role within the advertising/media space
- You are a strong team player, with the ability to motivate your team
- Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, multitask and adapt to new challenges
- Creative and open to new ideas with the confidence to challenge briefs
- Ability to work well with people within the team, the wider agency, clients and media owners
- Driven and money motivated
