We are working with an award-winning agency who are looking for a new hire to join their team.In this position, you will be planning and executing campaigns across multiple offline and online channels. The ideal candidate will have a few years of agency experience! You will be a confident and clear communicator, able to develop relationships with the clients you serve.
Responsibilities:
- Managing specific client relationships acting as the go to person and reporting back on key deliverables.
- Running programmatic and social campaigns.
- Leading a team of 8
- Confident owning the client relationship and leading strategic conversations on how we can best deliver work.
- Creating new and exciting media strategies whilst optimising client results.
- Coordinating the strategy development, media planning, activation for the clients accounts.
Requirements:
- Previous Account Director experience within an agency – ideally between 18 months to 2 years
- Experience across programmatic and social
- Extensive team management experience – background in managing between 8-12 people.
- Represent the agency at industry events such as webinars, conferences and awards.
- Confident in your own communication and ability to build relationships.
