Our client, a fast growing AdTech platform are looking for a Managing Director level individual to join their team and head up the French market. You will be tasked with growing the team across the region and aim to implement a defined structure and introduce new processes to help them scale.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed a quarterly sales quota by engaging team in needed level of activity to sell standard media/programmatic and custom advertising solutions
- Build strategic agency and client-side relationships to secure revenue growth
- Identify, understand and communicate trends within client markets and industries
- Think creatively, sell strategically, multitask and communicate efficiently both internally and externally
Requirements
- 6+ years media sales experience, with experience building out teams from scratch
- Previous track record of successfully building out teams in a start-up environment
- Must have a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape and experience selling programmatic
- Must have a strong network of client/agency/publisher relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
